choose who you want for food - restaurant, caterer or even a food truck... we are open to everything.

invite who you want - we don't count people because who has time for that.

bring the beer & wine you want... even two signature drinks are allowed

and we even allow your favorite fur baby to tag along.

We also don't add any forehead wrinkling charges to your bill that surprise you after you're sold.

All you pay for is the Venue + the good ol' taxes.

Have you seen our Inclusive Packages?
Couples favorite and save an average of 4-6k

Add Thursday from 9 a.m. - 11:59 p.m. to your Friday rental for a $1,000 Thursday rental fee.

(Decorate, rehearse, & have your rehearsal dinner onsite. If you add Thursday to a Friday rental you’re getting two days for the same investment as a Saturday. This is a great option for many of our couples!)

Non-Profit Use Monday -Thursday $1,500 Entire Space & $900 Ballroom/Cocktail Area

Need our space for just a couple hours for a photoshoot? $275/hr - minimum 2 hours

Please note:

We do require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy if serving alcohol with the Burrow Warehouse listed as the additional insured to be returned with your contract.
