Please invite anyone you feel needs to see the venue before making a decision to sign a contract with you to your initial tour. 
We welcome you to bring a group of up to 10 people to the tour. We only ask that everyone stay together as a group so we can effectively answer questions. We also ask that bring you anyone in the "decision party" to attend. This incudes all parties signing the contract. Instead of hosting second tours, we invite you and your friends/family that missed the initial tour to attend one of our monthly open houses. Thanks!
